Services. CT Emissions Concierge provides Car Emissions Inspection, Auto Emissions Testing, Concierge Car Inspection, Vehicle Emissions Testing, OBD Diagnostic Testing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://ctemissionsconcierge.com is the property of CT Emissions Concierge or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. CT Emissions Concierge may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CT Emissions Concierge makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CT Emissions Concierge's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid CT Emissions Concierge in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold CT Emissions Concierge harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CT, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CT.
